This is a 6 week course for older puppies and adult dogs who have already completed a foundation training course either us. If you have not completed this course, please get in touch to agree the suitability for you and your dog prior to booking.
It is run on a rolling programme to allow dogs to continue their training at any point. Training covered will include
- loose lead walking and heelwork skills
- recall with distractions
- distance positional changes
- send away
- emergency stop
- fun practical skills/tricks
- scentwork exercises
- body awareness courses
- impulse control skills
We will train face to face outdoors but if the weather is exceptionally bad (very heavy rain, strong winds or below 0 degrees); and if government restrictions do not permit indoor training, the session will be held indoors or at the usual time online.

During there course you have the opportunity to ask to be assessed for Level 2 and 3 of the CDT Achievement Awards free of charge, which includes training some of the behaviours covered in classes and canine knowledge - course content and theory questions can be found on the clients only Facebook group.
